Handing a retail unit back as a shell? We dismantle shelving, counters and non-structural interior elements and remove everything — at a price you see up front.
With us, dismantling is never an after-the-fact surprise: per item you choose whether our crew dismantles or you do it yourselves. The dismantling price is listed separately. We remove gyproc, suspended ceilings and non-structural elements within our accepted materials — we do not do structural demolition.

Fixed price, no surprises
How the price works: upload photos, your inventory list or pick items from the catalogue. You immediately see a fixed price per item, calculated from our set tariff — collection, loading, transport and processing included. The price becomes final once you confirm the list. Extra stairs or optional dismantling are shown separately, up front.
Booking is fully online, no account needed. You pick a collection window, enter your company details and confirm. We come to your premises in Antwerp and the surrounding area, load everything and process it through licensed channels.
We never take asbestos, chemicals, hazardous waste or medical waste. Unsure about a material? Mention it during booking or ask us first on WhatsApp.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you also do structural demolition?
- No. We limit ourselves to non-structural interior elements such as racking, gyproc partitions and suspended ceilings. Asbestos is never accepted.
- How is dismantling priced?
- Per item, as an optional service. You see the dismantling price separately in your quote before booking; skip it and you do it yourselves.
