A strip-out also involves floor coverings, gyproc partitions and suspended ceilings. We remove non-structural elements and dispose of them at a fixed price.
We dispose of gyproc, suspended ceilings, carpet and loose floor elements within our accepted materials. Structural demolition, asbestos and hazardous materials are always outside our service — when in doubt about a material, we check beforehand, never afterwards.

Fixed price, no surprises
How the price works: upload photos, your inventory list or pick items from the catalogue. You immediately see a fixed price per item, calculated from our set tariff — collection, loading, transport and processing included. The price becomes final once you confirm the list. Extra stairs or optional dismantling are shown separately, up front.
Booking is fully online, no account needed. You pick a collection window, enter your company details and confirm. We come to your premises in Antwerp and the surrounding area, load everything and process it through licensed channels.
We never take asbestos, chemicals, hazardous waste or medical waste. Unsure about a material? Mention it during booking or ask us first on WhatsApp.

- No, never. Asbestos and other hazardous materials are entirely outside our service; we point you to the right specialised channels.
- How do you price m² work such as flooring?
- Floor and ceiling area is priced per square metre under our tariff structure. Measure the space as accurately as you can; we verify at collection.
