Clearing a warehouse usually means large volumes: racking, workbenches, pallets and surplus stock. We turn it all into a fixed price, even for hundreds of items.
For warehouses and industrial units in Antwerp and the surrounding area we collect fittings and surplus. Quantity discounts from our tariff structure apply automatically at larger volumes — you see the effect in your total straight away. Heavier pieces and stair-only floors are priced correctly.

Fixed price, no surprises
How the price works: upload photos, your inventory list or pick items from the catalogue. You immediately see a fixed price per item, calculated from our set tariff — collection, loading, transport and processing included. The price becomes final once you confirm the list. Extra stairs or optional dismantling are shown separately, up front.
Booking is fully online, no account needed. You pick a collection window, enter your company details and confirm. We come to your premises in Antwerp and the surrounding area, load everything and process it through licensed channels.
We never take asbestos, chemicals, hazardous waste or medical waste. Unsure about a material? Mention it during booking or ask us first on WhatsApp.

- How do you give a fixed price for a whole warehouse?
- Photos of each zone or an inventory list are enough. Every item gets its fixed tariff; quantity discounts apply automatically at larger volumes.
- Does the racking need to be dismantled already?
- No, dismantling can be added to the booking. You see that surcharge per item before you confirm.
